All pre-loved computers come with a 1 month parts and 6 month labour warranty (terms and conditions apply) and all customers are welcomed and encouraged to have a hands on test run with computers before buying. We provide accredited training from the British Computer Society, in Partnership with Lowland Training Ltd which is fully funded by your ILA! If you, or someone you know, isn't too confident on computers, contact ShipwreckedMonkey today and we can get you set up with some lessons in no time. Over a cup of coffee, learn how your computer works, how best to use it, how to navigate the internet, set up user accounts and stay safe online. The learning is orientated around you and what you want to learn, rather than just an exercise in ticking boxes. Best of all, if you have queries outwith lessons, you can use your newly created email account to send them in and we'll be happy to answer them!
